• Applet is blocked by browser or No readers were found in the current context of the system. ( Windows 7 / IE9/10/11)
• Exception: No readers were found... or Exclusive access... or (Windows / OSX / All browsers)
• javax.smartcardio.CardException: beginExclusive() failed (All browsers/ Windows / OS X)
• No readers were found or undefined is not a function (Mac OS X / Safari)
• The returned status word values 109 and 0 should have been 0x90 and 0x00 (All browsers/OS).
