Oplossingen:


1. Update je Windows (gebruik makende van Windows update) met alle laatste wijzigingen en probeer opnieuw.


2. Je kan ook de ontbrekende bestanden zelf installeren via volgende url: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145


Klik op download:



Selecteer vc_redist86.exe and klik vervolgens op Next


Installeer deze executable en probeer opnieuw te ondertekenen (herstart je PC indien nodig en herstart je Chrome browser vóórdat je opnieuw probeert).


Dit moet U maar éénmalig doen.

indique que votre Windows n'est pas à jour ou que l'administrateur du PC a restreint les options d'installation.


Solutions: 

1. Mise à jour Windows (via Windows Update) avec toutes les dernières modifications et essayez à nouveau.


2. Vous pouvez également installer les fichiers manquants utilisant l'adresse suivante: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145


Cliquer sur le bouton Download' pour télécharger les fichiers nécessaire:




Sélectionnez vc_redist86.exe puis cliquez sur Next:




Installez cet exécutable et essayer à nouveau de signer un document (redémarrer votre PC si nécessaire et en tous cas fermer le Chrome navigateur avant de reessayer).


Cela devrait vous faire qu'une seule fois.
